Fearless First-Gen Collective, Inc. was created from lived experience. We know what it means to enter college excited about what's ahead while also learning systems, expectations, and opportunities that others may have grown up knowing.
We're here to make sure first-generation students don't have to navigate that journey alone.

Our Story
Fearless First-Gen Collective was founded in 2026 by three first-generation college graduates whose higher-education journeys began at Valdosta State University.
Our experiences taught us that getting into college is only part of the journey. First-generation students may also have to learn how to navigate academic expectations, financial decisions, campus resources, professional opportunities, family expectations, and a culture that can sometimes make them question whether they belong.
FFGC was created to help close that gap.
We're building the kind of community we believe every first-generation student deserves—one where asking questions is encouraged, resources are accessible, families are included, and students are empowered to navigate college with confidence.

Fearless First-Gen Collective exists to support, empower, and equip first-generation students and their families with the knowledge, resources, and community necessary to successfully navigate higher education before, during, and through college completion.
